I was very pleased with the service I received from Quality Appliance. My oven stopped working properly a couple weeks ago and I ended up calling around to different places around town to find a repair man. [They] were the only ones willing to talked to me about my oven problems before they set a time to look at it. The other places I called only wanted to set up an appointment to come and diagnose the problem, they were not interested in what I had to say. After the appointment was set, [they] even called me a couple times before [they] came out to look at it in order to diagnose the problem over the phone. This paid off for me, because as soon as [they] were able to get to my house, [they] were able to fix my oven immediately. It worked out well and he had it repaired in no time. I highly recommend calling Quality Appliance for your appliance repairs.

[They] were extremely polite with me on the phone and by giving me some free advice on my dishwasher problem, I was able to fix the problem on my own. [They] saved me a service call fee and did not think twice about not getting a job. I will not hesitate to call Quality Appliance next time!

Great service and fast response time. My dishwasher stopped working and Mark was able to fix it for me...the first time. I had called a few other places before and they just told me to replace the unit while on the phone. Mark came to my house and diagnosed the problem. He was able to get the parts and had me up and running. So glad I found Quality Appliance Repair. I highly recommend them to everyone.
